New Combi Boiler Fitted
Mem came on the same day I requested an engineer.
Work started on Tuesday AM by Wednesday 1pm we had a new boiler fitted with Wi-Fi enabled thermostat.
Even though the house is currently being renovated, Mem did not leave a single mess around.
He was very professional and efficient and we would definitely recommend him and will go use again and again.

Fit new boiler

Installation of Boiler
Mem previously carried out some fixing and maintenance for my central gas heating system and I was very happy to employ him again to install a brand-new boiler. I must say Mem knows exactly what he is talking about. Our shower was very weak but after the new boiler was installed, the shower is very strong so I'm really happy about this. The heating system also works more effectively and from watching the electronic meters inside the house, I could see I started saving money on the energy bill already. As a person, Mem is incredibly hard working, punctual and I can totally trust him. Mem was great. He came out to quote us at a weekend which was really helpful, he quoted there and then so it helped us make a decision straight away. Within a week a new boiler and shower was installed and up and running. Mem turned up on time, worked hard and tidied up at the end of each day. Despite the job taking longer due to complications of an old house, the price remained the same as was quoted. We were also happy that payment could be made when all of the work was complete and we were satisfied.

Emergency Call
After a cold night without heating I called Rock Gas for help and left a message early on a Saturday morning. They called me back promptly and promised to come within 2 hours. Indeed an engineer came very soon and repaired my heating and hot water within an hour. I have no reservations in recommending Rock Gas. They are knowledgeable, well mannered and kept the house very clean during the work.
